These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the KIFA website and online store and the purchase of our products. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs, in which case any payment is refunded.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in the store and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through secure providers. Title passes on full payment.

3. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns & exchanges

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within the period stated in the store. Underwear and intimate items are excluded for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Faulty goods are repaired, replaced or refunded as required by law.

5. Wholesale

Wholesale and private-label orders are governed by a separate written agreement covering minimums, lead times, payment and specification.

6. Content

All designs, photographs and website content are the property of KIFA TOV and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mykolaiv.
